Due to product cost drastic increases and unfortunately all of our cost of doing business expenses are continuosly going up, we are then forced to raise our prices. We are not increasing them as high as they are rising.
Policies:
Our fish antibiotics and fish anti fungal products are for fish use only. Not for human consumption. They do work for many infections in fish and aquarium algae treatments, but not all. Because of the nature of the product it may not work on all infections or algae issues. Because of this we do not accept returns on used product.
We do have many satisfied customers with healthy fish and algae free aquariums!

Shipping:
Packages are shipped daily Monday thru Friday by the United States Postal Service.
USA orders are shipped by the United States Postal Service Ground Advantage which includes delivery confirmation and $100 insurance (Free), Priority Mail which includes delivery confirmation and $100 insurance (additional cost), Express Mail which includes delivery confirmation or signature confirmation upon request and $100 insurance (additional cost). We can not be held responsible after package is scanned as delivered.
International orders (Out of the USA) are shipped by the United States Postal Service International 1st Class Mail.

We can not be held responsible after package is scanned as delivered. If the package is shown as delivered, but has not been received by the customer, we are not responsible to replace any merchandise.
We do have cameras in our shipping department and do take inventory daily to insure that all orders are accurate and correct amounts are shipped. Bottled products are weighed when received and right before shipping to verify that the correct amount of product is in the bottle.
Returns:
We do accept returns if the product is returned in the condition shipped, not used with no seals broken. Product must be returned within 14 days. Shipping charges are not refundable. We will pay the return shipping fee in most cases shipped by the United States Postal Service 1st Class Mail.
Please package in a sturdy box or the packaging it was shipped in. Please do not package in an envelope or padded envelope to prevent damage upon return shipping. Enclose a copy of the email invoice. Send to the return address that is listed on the shipping label.
