Please be aware that postal transit times have been extended. We have had some packages delayed and arriving late. Some have taken weeks or more than a month to arrive, but that is rare.

Packages are shipped by the United States Postal Service Monday thru Friday (no shipping on weekends or postal holidays). Once the order is placed it may or may not be shipped the same business day depending on what time of day it is placed and our order volume for the day. We do try our best to get orders shipped as soon as possible. Orders may be shipped the same business day, it could be the next business day, or if we have a busy workload it may be second business day that it is shipped.

The post office does not always scan in packages at every location. Sometimes a package may not be scanned until it is delivered.
There is not a guaranteed arrival date on USPS 1st Class Mail and USPS Priority Mail. Packages can sometimes be delayed. At this time mail transit times are moving much slower.
We do not issue refunds on shipping cost for delays in shipping and intransit postal delays. The exception is intransit USPS Express Mail (once the package is placed in the mail) and the post office will issue you a refund if the package does not arrive by the USPS guaranteed arrival date. Shipping by express mail it depends on what time of day and our workload as to when it is mailed. It could be same day, it could be next day that we place it in the mail, or it could be 2nd day that we place it in the mail. We do try our best to ship as soon as possible. Most packages are shipped same day or next day.

USPS Ground Advantage (USA) = FREE SHIPPING (estimated transit time once shipped is 5 to 14 business days. It can sometimes be delayed and may take longer.). There is $100 insurance included with Ground Advantage. Additional insurance must be purchased. Please contact us for details. You are responsible to file the claim with the post office.
